What is this machine used for?
Which work should I discuss?
Describe the turned surfaces and how the workpiece will be held. The disc cutting diameter and chuck-held workpiece length apply to different stated conditions. They are not a general guarantee that any part within a combined envelope can be machined.
Confirm the supplied configuration
Confirm the turret configuration, tool holders, chuck and tailstock arrangement with your representative. Do not assume that a Y axis, driven tooling, secondary spindle or automatic loading is included. A servo tailstock provides positioning functions; it is not evidence of automatic workpiece loading.
Read the operating limits separately
Check the complete part, chuck or fixture, tools and clearances. Spindle bore does not establish a chuck through-hole size or bar-feeding capability. Material, cutting requirements and finished-part tolerances require an individual process review. Confirm installation and support responsibilities directly with your representative.
Talk to your representative
Start with the part or operation you want to discuss. Selecting a model and providing a drawing are optional for a first inquiry. Add dimensions, material grade, quantity and critical tolerances if known. Your representative confirms the formal configuration, delivery arrangements and quotation directly; confidential drawings can be exchanged through an agreed channel after contact.
Questions before choosing this machine
Can I combine 360 mm swing, 350 mm diameter and 400 mm length into one capacity?
No. Swing over the bed, disc cutting diameter and chuck-held length are separate stated limits. Review the actual part and setup together.
Are driven tools or a Y axis included?
Confirm the turret, tool holders and axis configuration for the exact supply. Do not assume milling capability from the twin-turret description alone.
Does the servo tailstock mean automatic part loading?
No. Tailstock motion and workpiece loading are different functions. Discuss any loading device, interfaces and guarding separately.
Will the machine achieve my material and tolerance requirements?
Describe the material grade, critical features, fixture and cutting requirements. The team must assess the proposed process and inspection conditions before confirming suitability.
How can I start an inquiry without a drawing?
Describe the part or operation in your own words. Model choice and drawing are optional for a first inquiry; your representative confirms the final configuration, delivery and quotation directly.
