This notice applies to apexspm.com, operated by Hubei Tiezheng Group. Tiezheng uses the information you submit through its RFQ and contact forms to review your requirements and respond to your inquiry. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel are optional and remain off until you choose their respective categories. You may reject optional cookies without losing access to the website or inquiry service, and reopen Cookie settings at any time.

What information do we collect?

When you contact us, we may receive the details you choose to provide, such as your name, company, business email, telephone number, destination market, machine interest, workpiece requirements and message. Our hosting and security systems may also process routine technical logs needed to operate and protect the website.

How do we use inquiry information?

We use inquiry information to review machining requirements, prepare a response or quotation, communicate about the requested equipment and maintain appropriate business records. RFQ details, inquiry messages and drawings provided separately are not used for Meta Pixel advanced matching.

What cookie confirms a saved inquiry?

After a successfully saved form submission, a short-lived, first-party cookie lets your browser display a one-time confirmation. It contains a random code, not your contact details, and expires within five minutes. It is required for the form-confirmation step and is set independently of your optional analytics choice. If you separately allow analytics, a confirmed, non-test submission can also produce an inquiry-count event without its contact details. Blocking it does not prevent inquiry submission, but may prevent the saved confirmation from appearing.

What happens if an inquiry cannot be saved?

If the website cannot save your inquiry completely, it may temporarily retain the form details you entered on the server so that you can review them and try again. On an HTTPS connection, a necessary first-party cookie named __Host-tz_rfq_recovery contains a random recovery code, not your contact details. This code is limited to the same browser and expires within ten minutes. The temporary recovery record is removed after one successful retrieval or expires after ten minutes. It is not an analytics or advertising cookie, and rejecting optional cookies does not disable this inquiry-recovery step.

Recovery depends on the availability of server storage and your browser accepting the necessary cookie; it is not a permanent backup or a guarantee that a failed inquiry has reached our team. You can also choose “Copy entered requirements” on the form to prepare your details for an email or WhatsApp conversation. Copying does not submit the form or send a message. If automatic copying is unavailable, you can select and copy the prepared text yourself. The form does not maintain a browser draft in local or session storage.

How is optional inquiry source information recorded?

If you allow optional Analytics, this browser tab may temporarily remember the first public page observed after that consent and a limited source category. This optional source context expires after 30 minutes and is cleared or omitted when consent is withdrawn, the context expires, or browser storage is unavailable. It does not reconstruct visits before consent. Declining optional Analytics, missing source details or a source-recording failure does not prevent you from sending an inquiry.

The source context uses a public page path and limited source/medium categories. It does not store full external URLs, search terms, advertising click identifiers, names, email addresses, telephone numbers, inquiry messages or drawings in that source record. The details are browser-reported and can be incomplete or inaccurate. If included with a successfully saved inquiry, the optional source context can be retained privately with that inquiry. The 30-minute browser limit is not a promise to delete an inquiry or its saved source context after 30 minutes; inquiry retention follows the business purposes and requirements described below.

How does optional analytics work?

If you allow Analytics, we load Google Analytics to measure website visits and a count of eligible, successfully saved inquiries. Google may process page paths, browser and device information, network information and analytics identifiers such as _ga. Our integration removes query strings and fragments from the page and referrer values it supplies to Google. Inquiry names, emails, phone numbers, messages, drawings and private record identifiers are not included in our inquiry-count event. A random, short-lived event identifier helps prevent repeated dispatch. Google describes its processing in its Privacy Policy.

How does optional advertising measurement work?

If you enable Marketing and save your choices, or choose “Allow both,” this website loads the Meta Pixel from connect.facebook.net and sends a PageView event to Meta Platforms. Depending on your browser and Meta services, the event may include the page URL, browser and device information, IP address and advertising identifiers such as _fbp or _fbc. Meta processes this information under its Privacy Policy.

Our current integration does not use advanced matching and does not deliberately send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, inquiry messages or drawings provided separately to Meta. Pixel loading is also suppressed on URLs whose query keys indicate that they may contain inquiry or authentication details.

How can you control optional measurement?

• Choose “Reject optional” to continue without loading Google Analytics or Meta Pixel.
• Select Analytics, Marketing, both or neither, then choose “Save choices.” “Allow both” enables both categories.
• Use “Cookie settings” to change or withdraw your choices. Withdrawing a previously loaded service disables its collection, removes its accessible first-party cookies and reloads the page to unload the service.
• Your choices are stored in this browser for up to 180 days. If browser storage is blocked, your choice applies only to the current page.

Who may process information for us?

We use service providers for website hosting, security and email delivery, and optional Google Analytics or Meta advertising measurement only after consent to the relevant category. These providers may process information in countries other than yours under their own safeguards and contractual responsibilities.

How do we protect and retain information?

We apply access controls and operational safeguards appropriate to a business inquiry website. Retention periods depend on the business purpose of the inquiry and applicable security, contractual and legal requirements.
