This notice applies to apexspm.com, operated by Hubei Tiezheng Group. Tiezheng uses the information you submit through its RFQ and contact forms to review your requirements and respond to your inquiry. Optional Meta Pixel advertising measurement remains off until you allow marketing cookies. You may reject marketing cookies without losing access to the website and reopen Cookie settings at any time.
What information do we collect?
When you contact us, we may receive the details you choose to provide, such as your name, company, business email, telephone number, destination market, machine interest, workpiece requirements and message. Our hosting and security systems may also process routine technical logs needed to operate and protect the website.
How do we use inquiry information?
We use inquiry information to review machining requirements, prepare a response or quotation, communicate about the requested equipment and maintain appropriate business records. RFQ details, inquiry messages and uploaded drawings are not used for Meta Pixel advanced matching.
How does optional advertising measurement work?
If you choose “Allow marketing,” this website loads the Meta Pixel from connect.facebook.net and sends a PageView event to Meta Platforms. Depending on your browser and Meta services, the event may include the page URL, browser and device information, IP address and advertising identifiers such as _fbp or _fbc. Meta processes this information under its Privacy Policy.
Our current integration does not use advanced matching and does not deliberately send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, inquiry messages or uploaded drawings to Meta. Pixel loading is also suppressed on URLs whose query keys indicate that they may contain inquiry or authentication details.
How can you control marketing measurement?
- Choose “Reject” to continue without loading the Meta Pixel.
- Choose “Allow marketing” to permit the Meta Pixel and its PageView event.
- Use the “Cookie settings” button to change your choice later.
- Your choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days unless you change it or clear browser storage.
Who may process information for us?
We use service providers for website hosting, security, email delivery and, only after marketing consent, advertising measurement. These providers may process information in countries other than yours under their own safeguards and contractual responsibilities.
How do we protect and retain information?
We apply access controls and operational safeguards appropriate to a business inquiry website. Retention periods depend on the business purpose of the inquiry and applicable security, contractual and legal requirements.
