What is this machine used for?
Which workpieces and operations should be evaluated?
Consider this model for prismatic components and housings requiring milling, drilling or boring. Compare the actual part, fixture, feature positions and tool access with the table, load rating and axis travels. Travel and table dimensions do not guarantee the usable machining envelope. Material grade, tooling, stock removal, tolerance and output need engineering confirmation.
Which configuration needs to be agreed?
The B version has multiple tables. The exact table count and transfer arrangement need confirmation; the multiple-table designation does not establish automatic pallet exchange, automatic loading or unattended operation.
The belt-spindle speed choices are 4000 / 6000 rpm. The optional HSK-A100 electric spindle is listed separately at 15000 rpm. Agree the actual spindle configuration; these speeds are not combined. BT50-190 is an interface designation, not a guaranteed machining diameter.
The disc magazine uses a tool-change arm, with optional capacities of 24 / 32 / 40 tools. Optional chain storage has capacities of 40 / 50 / 60 / 80 tools. These are alternative ordering choices, not simultaneous installed capacities.
The 0.001 mm minimum input increment is a control-command increment. It is not positioning accuracy, repeatability or a finished-part tolerance guarantee.
What should be confirmed before ordering?
Agree the supplied configuration, workholding, inspection and acceptance criteria, installation conditions, training and after-sales responsibilities with the contact person before ordering. Formal configuration and quotation are confirmed directly. There is no need to choose an exact model or attach a drawing for first contact; confidential files can follow through an agreed channel.
Questions before choosing a horizontal machining center
Can it machine box-shaped parts on several sides?
It is a candidate for this work. Check the actual part, fixture, feature positions and tool access against the table, load rating and axis travels. Confirm table indexing and the machining sequence for the intended multi-face process.
Does the table arrangement include automatic pallet exchange?
No automatic pallet exchange is established by the table arrangement alone. Confirm table count, workholding, transfer equipment and any loading automation separately.
Which spindle and tool capacity will be supplied?
Agree one spindle configuration and the required tool-storage arrangement. Belt and optional electric-spindle speeds are not combined, and the alternative tool capacities are not all supplied together.
Can the machine cut my material and meet my tolerances?
Provide the exact material grade, operations, tooling, critical features and output requirements. Engineering review is required; travels, spindle speed and minimum input increment cannot guarantee finished-part tolerances.
Can I make contact before choosing a model or preparing a drawing?
Yes. Describe the part or operation in plain language. Add dimensions, material and quantity if known. Details and confidential drawings can follow through an agreed channel.
