Contact / RFQ

Send drawings for a practical CNC machine recommendation.

The first reply is better when the RFQ includes the part drawing, material, current process, target output, tolerance, inspection method, and destination country.

What to send

  • 2D/3D finished drawing and blank drawing
  • Material grade, hardness, and blank allowance
  • Annual volume, batch size, and shift schedule
  • Current cycle time and target takt time
  • Critical tolerance and inspection method
  • Manual, robot, bar-feed, or conveyor loading preference
  • Factory voltage, air supply, floor space, and destination country

What TZ will check

  • Whether the part should use a CNC cell, rotary transfer, or special machine
  • Fixture location, clamping risk, chip removal, and tool route
  • Control system, spindle, turret, cutting units, and automation level
  • Estimated cycle-time direction after drawing review
  • FAT, packing, spare parts, and export documentation needs
RFQ Form

Send the first project information online.

The form sends your message to the Tiezheng sales engineering inbox and keeps a private WordPress backup. For confidential drawings or large files, submit the form first, then send files by email or WhatsApp.

Confidential drawings can be discussed first.

If the drawing is sensitive, send a simplified part sketch, material, rough dimensions, process route, and target output first. TZ can confirm whether a deeper technical review is worth arranging.

RFQ contact answer

What information should be sent before asking for a CNC machine quote?

Direct answer
A drawing-led CNC RFQ should include part drawings, material, output target, current bottleneck, tolerance, inspection, factory utilities, and destination country.

The contact page converts visitors into useful RFQs by telling them exactly what to send and how Tiezheng will review it.

  • Give phone, WhatsApp, email, and form paths.
  • Tell buyers what files and data to attach.
  • Set expectations for engineering review instead of instant model pushing.
How will Tiezheng use my drawing?

Tiezheng uses drawings to review feasibility, locating method, machining route, fixture concept, automation risk, cycle time, and quotation scope.

Can I contact by WhatsApp first?

Yes. WhatsApp is useful for first contact, but a proper RFQ should still include drawings, material, output target, and acceptance requirements.
