TG650 Vertical Turning & Milling Center

Start with your part or operation. A model and drawing are optional for the first contact.

TG650 is a vertical turning and milling center for reviewing round-part machining. It lists a 650 mm maximum workpiece swing diameter, 1200 mm X-axis travel and separate turning and milling spindles rated up to 600 rpm and 12000 rpm. Compare these limits separately, then confirm the part, fixture, tools and required operations with engineering.

Discuss this machine View specifications

Which parts and operations should I discuss?

Consider this layout when a round component needs turning plus milled features, holes or work at an angle. For a flange, ring or housing proposal, describe the diameters, height, clamping surfaces and operations. Engineering must confirm the process sequence, tool access, material grade and actual machining envelope. The listed B/C angular ranges do not establish simultaneous five-axis machining.

Confirm the tooling and supplied configuration

The milling tool magazine and the turning turret are separate systems. The tool-diameter limits distinguish a fully loaded magazine from the condition with no adjacent tools; the two tool-length limits refer to milling and turning respectively. Manual chip removal is listed as standard and automatic chain-type removal as optional. Confirm the final interfaces, tools, accessories and acceptance conditions before ordering.

Axis travels, swing diameter, chuck size and supported load are separate limits. They do not guarantee the finished-part envelope, tolerance, surface finish or cycle time. Material suitability, robotic loading, unattended production and installation requirements require a configuration review.

Start an engineering inquiry

Start with the dimensions or operations you know; a drawing is optional for the first inquiry. Add material, quantity, key tolerances and loading preference when available. Ask the team to confirm the configuration and responsibilities for delivery, installation, training and support. The inquiry link keeps this exact model.

Questions before choosing this machine

What distinguishes the turning and milling spindles?

TG650 lists a maximum turning spindle speed of 600 rpm and maximum milling spindle speed of 12000 rpm. These values belong to different spindles and must not be substituted for each other.

Do the listed travels guarantee that my part will fit?

No. Check the complete part, chuck, fixture, tool assembly and clearance together. Travel, swing and load figures are separate limits.

What do the two milling tool-diameter limits mean?

The specified maximum is 80 mm with a fully loaded magazine, or 125 mm with adjacent positions empty. The listed milling tool length is 220 mm and weight is 6 kg. Confirm the actual holder and collision envelope.

Does the tool magazine mean automatic part loading is included?

No. A 24-tool milling magazine and a 12-tool turning turret describe tool capacity. They do not establish robotic loading, unattended production or inclusion of every tool.

Can this machine guarantee my material and finished-part tolerance?

No guarantee follows from these figures alone. Send the material grade, operations and critical features so engineering can review the setup and agree on inspection conditions.

Confirm the TG650 configuration for your part

Use the published specifications to shortlist this model, then confirm the configuration with the contact listed on this site. Axis travel, workpiece capacity and table load describe different limits; they do not establish finished-part tolerance, material suitability or cycle time. A drawing is optional for the first contact. Machine prices and formal quotations are provided directly by the contact, not by this website.

  1. Check the published data. Read the available specification labels, units and configuration notes. Ask the contact for missing technical data for this exact model. An omitted value is not zero.
  2. Confirm the supplied configuration. Ask the contact for configuration-specific technical information. Confirm standard and optional equipment, tooling, workholding and acceptance requirements; do not assume an unlisted feature is included.
  3. Discuss your requirement. Start with the dimensions and operations you know. Agree a suitable channel for confidential drawings directly with the contact.

Does submitting an inquiry confirm the machine or a quotation?

No. An inquiry starts a discussion. The contact must confirm the proposed configuration and commercial terms with you; submitting a form is not machine acceptance or a formal quotation.
