The dual-head turning configuration eliminates power head indexing entirely. With tools preset in parallel along the X-axis, the only motion between operations is X/Z axis positioning — typically one setup for both ends. For high-volume parts with 3–6 operations, this represents a significant throughput advantage over 6–12 second power head change times.
The standard Yitu 4-axis dual-channel CNC system uses ISO G-code with an industrial touchscreen interface. Macro variables, subprograms, and probing cycles are all standard. Optional conversational programming available. Ethernet port enables remote access and program transfer.
The valve size range is 1/2"–2", comfortably accommodating bars up to 40mm diameter. The standard 6-inch pneumatic chuck handles workpieces up to 150mm O.D. on the slide. For larger workpieces, chuck configuration is customized per drawing.
